How to get notified?

The timer on the stories page is great, but nobody is going to stare at it for two weeks. If you want a simple notification when a new chapter drops, you have two main options.

Option 1: Discord (Recommended)

The easiest way. Join our Discord server. We always announce new chapters there, and you can stick around to talk about the plot, characters, and share theories.

Option 2: RSS (For the Tech-Savvy)

RSS is a magic-like system for people who like control. Instead of a newsletter (which clogs your email) or Discord (which sends pings), RSS lets you gather all your favorite sites in one app. That app checks Astelta for you and gives you a notification when something new appears.

IMPORTANT! You don't open an RSS link in your browser. If you click it, you'll just see a wall of ugly code. This is normal! The link is for an *app*, not for people.

Three simple steps:

  1. Get an App.
    You need an "RSS Reader." We recommend free apps like Feedly, Inoreader, or NewsBlur. They work on your phone and in your browser.
  2. Copy Our Link.
    Select and copy the address below. This is the "secret" address your app will listen to.

  3. Paste the link in your app.
    In your new reader (like Feedly), find the "Add Source" (or "+") button and simply paste the copied link.

That's it! You're now up to date. The RSS app will notify you the moment a new Astelta chapter is published.
